User Data

We store only your email address, name, and social profile IDs on our servers. We do not retain any information related to your Salesforce organization or data from connected Salesforce accounts. All API calls to your connected Salesforce org are made from your browser and routed through our proxy server without storing any data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Crudspace.io does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Exercise caution when updating Salesforce permissions or metadata using Crudspace.io. All changes are made directly in your connected Salesforce organization, and we are not liable for any data loss or misconfigurations. We recommend testing updates in a sandbox environment before applying them to production. As this product is currently in beta, we advise against using it with your production Salesforce organization.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crudspace.io, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra State of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra State of India.

Entire Agreement
